Climbed my first V3
Climbed my first V3 bouldering route today. It required all the strength I had. I’m glad to see that I’m improving quickly in bouldering.
Documentary: Doctors' Diaries →
medicalstate:
In 1987, NOVA’s cameras began rolling to chronicle the lives of seven young, bright medical students embarking on the longest and most rigorous endeavor in higher education: the years-long journey to become a doctor. From their first days at Harvard Medical School to the present day, none of them could have predicted what it would take, personally and professionally. In “Doctors’...
How Fujifilm Survived: Sharp Focus →
myglobalbusinessupdates:
By K.N.C.
In a nutshell: Fujifilm did much better than its previous (and now bankrupt) competitor Kodak. The actions this Japanese company took proved successful to its development and growth, which is what Kodak lacked in the long run.

That happened to my squat. I feel like I’ve been hovering around the 185lb for reps range since last Spring after improving very quickly. Maybe I’ll mix in some lunges...

Picasso
I saw his art exhibit at the De Young Museum today. That guy was wicked sick. Maybe I just don’t know shit about art (because I don’t), but his creativity was insane.
Cubism? Genius. wtf how did he come up with all those colors and shapes?
I especially like his later works. I respect his will to stave off death by continuing to paint. It probably worked too; Picasso lived a good 91...
