Today I hit 285lbs. Basically a double bodyweight deadlift; I’m pretty content with my deadlifting lately. I’ve been steadily getting stronger each time I deadlift, but I know I’ll slow down soon.
That happened to my squat. I feel like I’ve been hovering around the 185lb for reps range since last Spring after improving very quickly. Maybe I’ll mix in some lunges and jumps to spur some improvement.
